By accessing or using hewnearth.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products & orders

All pieces are made to order. Product descriptions, dimensions, and colors are represented as accurately as possible, but natural material variation is expected and part of each piece's character. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue any product at any time.

Custom size requests are individually quoted and are not final until confirmed by our team in writing.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout, or in installments through Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay in 4 where offered. Shipping is free and duty-inclusive (DDP) to the countries we serve, as described on our Shipping page.

Shipping & delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided on our Shipping page and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns & guarantee

Returns, replacements, and our care guarantee are governed by our Care & Guarantee page, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including designs, photography, text, and logos — is the property of Hewn Earth or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's proper functioning.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hewn Earth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
